Ejiro Daniel Jessah, the owner of a popular record label (Danny Baller Record) has successfully recovered his car and his Land from the EFCC after a legal battle.
The CEO, Danny Baller Record successfully retrieved his car and property from the EFCC after resolving a case that had been ongoing since May 15, 2024.
The EFCC visited him at his home, he went with them, but his car got confiscated on getting there, His Land in the vicinity of MOWE OFADA where he intended to construct a five-star hotel on was also confiscated. The construction work going on there had to be put on hold, leaving the engineer and workers unable to continue the project.

He immediately called his lawyer, and they both headed to the EFCC office. He clarified that he was not involved in any fraudulent activities, but rather he's a legitimate record label CEO with signed artists and was mistakenly accused, The case was arraigned in court and the Chief judge found him innocent of the accusations.
With the assistance of his lawyer, Mr. Samuel Stephen, and the support of influential individuals, he was able to prove his innocence and retrieve his belongings on June 28, 2024, marking the end of the ordeal.
