He acknowledged that well-paying jobs with social protection benefits are not the norm.
The Minister expressed the government's awareness of employers who disregard labour laws in pursuit of profit, creating work environments that hinder the achievement of decent work for both employers and employees. He emphasized that the government will not hesitate to sanction such organizations and will ensure the protection of Nigerian workers' rights and privileges.
