The Oba of Benin called on all Nigerians to rally behind President Tinubu and his administration in order to achieve a better Nigeria for all citizens. Additionally, the Oba congratulated Governor Sanwo-Olu on his reelection and urged him to continue striving for greater accomplishments during his second term. In response, Governor Sanwo-Olu assured that Lagos State would remain inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, religion, or political affiliation.
He also expressed gratitude for the Oba's support and promised to work diligently to deliver the true benefits of democracy, reduce poverty, and foster social and economic development in the country.
