Award winning Nigerian artist Asake has reached a milestone with his sophomore album 'Work Of Art' crossing one billion streams on major digital streaming platforms. Released on June 16, 2023, Asake's second studio album "Work Of Art" signed by YBNL has amassed over 1.2 billion streams in just 2 months of release.
The total was reached after aggregating streams from the five main digital streaming platforms (DSP) - Audiomack, Boomplay, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
The album had 25 million streams on Audiomack, 17.8 million streams on Boomplay, 11
million streams on Spotify, 135 million streams on Apple Music and 180 million streams on YouTube.
Note that these streams were what the album had accumulated until yesterday, August 28th. And they have probably multiplied since then.
